Location: South-eastern Asia
Responsible for high level part of network/MW/Core network planning & optimization, /IP optimization/SQx service consultation/SQx service planning & optimization job.
Ability requirement：
1) Responsible for the network planning and optimization;
2) Take charge of GSM/UMTS/LTE/Wimax network planning & optimization solution export, project delivery and management;
3) Responsible for the optimization of CS/PS, improve the network quality and customer experience.
4) Responsible for the success delivery of project and customer satisfaction.
5) English fluently and can travel global.
Remark:
it is better have 3rd carrier planning and optimization experience.
